{"id":40500,"date":"2026-07-01T12:08:09","date_gmt":"2026-07-01T09:08:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agrinio.gr\/dimos\/?page_id=40500"},"modified":"2026-07-08T13:57:48","modified_gmt":"2026-07-08T10:57:48","slug":"reporting-officer-responsible-for-receiving-and-monitoring-reports","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agrinio.gr\/dimos\/reporting-officer-responsible-for-receiving-and-monitoring-reports\/","title":{"rendered":"Whistleblowing Reporting Channels Reporting Officer \u2013 Contact Information"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: right; margin-bottom: 20px;\"><a style=\"text-decoration: none; font-weight: bold; color: #0056b3;\" href=\"https:\/\/agrinio.gr\/dimos\/ypefthyni-paralavis-kai-parakolouthisis-anaforon\/\">\ud83c\udf10 \u0395\u03bb\u03bb\u03b7\u03bd\u03b9\u03ba\u03ac<\/a><\/div>\n<h3>Reporting Officer \u2013 Contact Information<\/h3>\n<p>In accordance with Law 4990\/2022, the Municipality of Agrinio has designated a Reporting Officer responsible for receiving, registering, assessing and following up internal reports concerning breaches falling within the scope of Article 4 of Law 4990\/2022.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The designated Reporting Officer is:<\/strong><br \/>\nAthina Michali<br \/>\nPermanent Civil Servant<br \/>\nAdministrative and Financial Officer (University Education \u2013 PE)<br \/>\nDepartment of Personnel Records and Administrative Procedures<br \/>\nDirectorate of Administrative Services<br \/>\nMunicipality of Agrinio<br \/>\nReporting Officer for breaches falling within the scope of Law 4990\/2022<\/p>\n<p><strong>Telephone:<\/strong> +30 26413 60444<br \/>\n<strong>E-mail:<\/strong> yppa@agrinio.gr<\/p>\n<h3>Material Scope of Application (Article 4 of Law 4990\/2022)<\/h3>\n<p>The provisions of Law 4990\/2022 apply to the protection of persons who report or publicly disclose information concerning:<\/p>\n<p><strong>(a) Breaches of Union law, as specified in Part I of the Annex to Law 4990\/2022, in the following areas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Public procurement<\/li>\n<li>Financial services, financial products and financial markets, including the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing<\/li>\n<li>Product safety and compliance<\/li>\n<li>Transport safety<\/li>\n<li>Environmental protection<\/li>\n<li>Radiation protection and nuclear safety<\/li>\n<li>Food and feed safety, animal health and animal welfare<\/li>\n<li>Public health<\/li>\n<li>Consumer protection<\/li>\n<li>Protection of privacy and personal data, as well as the security of network and information systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>(b)<\/strong> Breaches affecting the financial interests of the European Union, as referred to in Article 325 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU), and as further specified in the relevant Union legislation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(c)<\/strong> Breaches relating to the internal market, as referred to in Article 26(2) TFEU, including breaches of Union competition rules and State aid rules, as well as breaches relating to the internal market concerning acts that infringe the rules on corporate taxation or arrangements whose purpose is to obtain a tax advantage that defeats the object or purpose of the applicable corporate tax legislation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(d)<\/strong> Breaches of Greek domestic law relating to the criminal offences of bribery and trading in influence, as defined in Articles 159, 159A, 235, 236, 237, 237A and 396 of the Greek Penal Code (Law 4619\/2019, Government Gazette A&#8217; 95) and Article 134 of Law 5090\/2024 (Government Gazette A&#8217; 30), pursuant to Article 4 of Law 4990\/2022, as supplemented by Article 20 of Law 5095\/2024.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(e)<\/strong> Violations of restrictive measures of the European Union, as established pursuant to Article 29 of the Treaty on European Union or Article 215 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.<\/p>\n<h3>Internal Reporting Channels<\/h3>\n<p>Internal reports may be submitted either anonymously or with the reporting person&#8217;s identity disclosed, through any of the following channels:<\/p>\n<h4>I.
